Product Introduction
Special waterproof coating for breeding ponds and water storage tanks is a customized product specifically designed for the waterproofing of long-term water storage tanks. Considering the characteristics of water storage tanks that maintain long-term static water pressure and require resistance to long-term water erosion, it is specially formulated with self-crosslinking polymers that can withstand higher water pressure than ordinary waterproof materials, and additionally contains bacteriostatic materials to prevent corrosion. Its waterproof and pressure-resistant performance is higher than that of traditional materials, and it is resistant to long-term water immersion corrosion. It has strong adhesion to the substrate. The active ingredients in the slurry can penetrate into the capillary pores and micro-cracks in the cement base surface, undergo chemical reactions, and integrate with the substrate to form a dense crystalline waterproof layer.

- Can be constructed on damp base surfaces (but there should be no standing water);
- Good wear resistance and excellent adhesion. The waterproof layer has good adhesion to concrete and other base surfaces, and can be permanently combined with the underlying materials to prevent water penetration;
- After the coating is dry and solidified, there is no need to apply a cement mortar protective layer before constructing other covering layers.

Base Surface Pretreatment:
1. The base surface must be stable, clean, flat, free of dust, oil, debris and other particulate matter.
2. Obvious pores and sand holes must be blocked and smoothed with cement mortar, and sharp edges should be removed.
3. Leaking parts must be plugged first, and internal and external corners should be made into arc shapes.

Construction Instructions:
1. Confirm that the base surface has been pretreated. It is recommended to wrap and cover exposed pipelines with cement mortar, especially to fill and level the holes at the corners and on the ground, and fully wet the base surface with water (with no standing water as the standard);
2. When using, pour component A (liquid material) into the packaging bucket (or other containers), stir with a slow electric drill (about 400 rpm) (or manually stir), and slowly add the matching powder component at the same time. Stir for 3-5 minutes until a uniform mixture is obtained. Let it stand for 5 minutes to allow the active penetrating substances to mature, which will achieve better results during construction;
3. Apply the slurry evenly in a cross and vertical direction to achieve the best coverage. Apply at least three times. Parts with high water pressure need to be applied more times. The second application can only be carried out after the previous one is dry and solidified and does not stick to the hand.
4. For internal and external corners and parts around pipes that are not easy to be coated, it is recommended to add alkali-resistant reinforcing matrix materials (such as alkali-resistant glass fiber cloth, mesh cloth, etc.).
