Product Introduction
The main material is two-component polyurethane, and the base layer is made of natural rubber and artificial rubber, mixed with mineral fillers, stabilizers and colorants, which are integrally formed through vulcanization and hardening at a high temperature of 280-300°C. Combining sports science and material science, it can fully meet and reflect the professional requirements of athletes and participants for the track.
Performance Features
1. Good weather resistance: It can maintain high-standard quality under any weather conditions;
2. Excellent drainage: With special drainage design, the surface is flat and free of water accumulation;
3. Soft colors: It has good visual effect, can be matched with multiple colors, and also has the function of beautifying the environment;
4. Strong adhesion: It has good adhesion to cement concrete, asphalt concrete and wood. It can resist erosion from various natural conditions, and after matting treatment, the color is bright but not dazzling;
5. Good elasticity: It has strong elasticity and moderate hardness, suitable for various ball games. It can reduce the fatigue of legs and feet without changing the speed of the ball;
6. Strong friction: It adopts flexible anti-skid materials and weather-resistant topcoat spraying technology, which is flat but not slippery.
Construction Process
1. Clean and repair the track foundation, roll-coat a layer of waterproof material, and maintain it for 24 hours;
2. Pave the PU base adhesive mixture (approximately 10mm thick). Add 1% catalyst according to the main material ratio, stir evenly, pour it onto the site, scrape it flat with a rake, and let it cure and maintain for 24 hours;
3. Stir the special anti-slip track topcoat and (1-2mm) EPDM mixed granules evenly at a ratio of 1.2:1, and spray uniformly with a sprayer (within the normal temperature range, no catalyst is needed for the topcoat);
4. After 24 hours of maintenance, lane marking can be carried out on the site;
5. After cleaning the site upon completion, it can be put into use after 7 days of maintenance.
