Product Introduction
Product Introduction
The permeable plastic track is a water-permeable track suitable for general plastic track engineering design. The elastic layer is made by mixing and paving one-component polyurethane adhesive and rubber particles in proportion; the surface layer is formed by spraying two-component polyurethane surface material mixed with EPDM rubber particles and rubber powder.

Performance Features
1. It is water-permeable and breathable, and can be used in all weather conditions;
2. It will not shed particles, has high UV resistance, and does not fade;
3. It has good elasticity, excellent impact absorption performance, and is flat and safe.

Construction Process
1. Clean and repair the track foundation, and roll-coat a layer of waterproof material;
2. Cure and maintain for 24 hours. After the waterproof material is cured, the track base layer can be paved;
3. Mix the track spray topcoat with an equal amount of EPDM particles with a particle size of 1-2mm, pour into the sprayer, and spray in the same direction with the spray gun tilted at a 60° angle;
4. After curing and maintaining for 48 hours, the track can be marked with lane lines;
5. Clean the site after completion, and the site can be put into use after 15 days of maintenance.
